PRE-CONGRESS WORKSHOP FOR DEMENTIA PROFESSIONALS TO EDUCATE GENERAL PRACTITIONERS
“How to Educate GPs about AD: Japanese Experience” will be offered on Tuesday, 20 September 2005. This workshop is to share Japanese GP educational program with specialists from worldwide. Prof. Bengt Winblad (Neurotec, Karolinska Institutet) and Prof. Peter Whitehouse (University Hospitals of Cleveland) will make opening/closing remarks. PRE-CONGRESS MEETINGS
Hot Targets of Diagnosis and Treatment in Alzheimer´s Disease
will be held on 16-18 September 2005 in Sundsvall, Sweden. The aim of this symposium is to gather researchers and physicians for lively discussions about new hot targets for early biological markers as well as new promising therapeutic strategies in AD. RESEARCH IN DEMENTIA CARE MAKES DIFFERENCE – NURSING RESEARCH IN CLINICAL PRACTICE
Karolinska Institutet, Dept. of Neurotec, Division of Gerontological Caring Science is organising the Conference “Research in dementia care makes a difference – Nursing research in clinical practice” at Folkets Hus 18–20 September.
